Refund policy
You may return items sold by templestudio.us within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, provided that the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging. Please note that a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions. If a return does not meet these criteria, the package will be sent back, and a refund will not be issued.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us as soon as possible. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Where feasible, we will offer an exchange if a replacement is available or will repair faulty items. If repair or exchange is not possible, a full refund will be issued, and we will arrange for the return of the faulty item.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@templestudio.us with your order number and proof of purchase. Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this process. After approval, a refund (minus the 5% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Non-Refundable Costs: Customs duties, taxes, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale and Promotional Items: Refunds are only available for full-priced items; sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
