Can I cancel or edit my order?

Once you've received an order confirmation, you can not change it yourself.

We kindly ask you to send an email to info@templestudio.us as soon as possible and our team will do their best to help you out.

If your package has already been shipped, we cannot edit it. We advise you to return and exchange it after it has arrived at its destination.

My tracking link shows "delivered", but I never received my order. What now?

Contact the shipping company. If they are not able to help you please contact us at info@templestudio.us and we will do our best to help you find your package.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Where are Temple Studio's materials sourced?

All of our products are made of Organic, Chemical-Free, Bleach-Free and Dye-Free Cotton from Turkey. Our products are manufactured in Portugal.
